We rented two gaming servers from VSK gaming servers, the game we play is Unreal tournament 99.
We have had servers with this server host for almost two years. We run a mutator called ZeroPing on our servers and have been ever since we started renting from VSK.
In september they changed a rule and made ZeroPing a not allowed. VSK deleted ZeroPing from our servers and locked our FTP this was called abuse in having ZeroPing on our server.
We were never told of this change, there was no notice, nothing. At the time we still had 4 months left on one server and 2 months left on the other one.
With out zeroping we can not use our servers for Practices, matches.
I posted on VSK's forums about this and my posts have been deleted and i have been banned from posting there
I also posted a negitive Testimonial that was also deleted and i was banned again.
Many emails to owner Ray Parker have done nothing

The minimum rental period is 1 month payable in advance, the setup fee and all monthly charges are nonrefundable.
We reserve the right to stop or prevent you from modifying the services we offer in any way that may damaging or illegal.
Failure to pay for services including reversals of prepaid payments will result in legal actions being sought against you, of wich you agree to be held liable for all Court, Attorney & Late fees.
VSK Gaming Servers does not provide refunds, failure to abide by the Terms & Conditions of this legal agreement will result in suspension of your server and the forfeiture of all prepaid rental.
But if you go to there forums the rules are not really the same.

-2 Thou Shall Not, complain, argue or disrespect others in the forums.
-3 Thou Shall Not, call our 1-800 asking for support "use the forums".

-9 If you don't know what your doing don't do it, if you don't know how to run a server don't run one, harrassing vsk staff because of your illiteracy or lack of knowledge running a server is considered hassment & will be dealt with accordingly.
Violation of these rules will result in loss of privalages & can result in the termination of your server & or legal actions being sought against you aswell.

After repeated abuse we will now be going through servers periodically removing abusive modifications, removing ftp access for those who are abusing our service & shutting down repeated abusive clients.
This is your warning, we do not allow abuse on ours servers. That includes alterations of critical system settings that make your server use more cpu usage or ram, mods that cause your server to use more resources than the game it'self & logging of any sort that may put our equipment under an excessive load, this does not include default logging or all mods or mutators as some do not cause problems but excessive log storage & file storage of any sort falls under this category aswell.

For those of you who lost your ftp,
To get your ftp access back in one week from the date f loosing it email me stating you lost your ftp for abuse along with your ip & we will give you your access back but be advised that if you are caught doing this again we may not be as lenient.
If you don't know what you did, Please advise it's not our place to tell you, you can always ask but don't expect an answer.
Once again, we have already fixed your server so don't go uploading no old configs, delete any backups & use what's on your server now & if anything was removed it was removed for a reason so don't go uploading it or anything like it again cause as I said you will lose your server next time for good.

We didnt agree to all that we feel that we have been ripped off 6 months of paid services.
We are not alone others have been ripped off by VSK as well
