This is what you get sometimes for trying to support new small businesses. I ordered hair extensions from this place back in November. At the time they were holding a "Black Friday special" where you recieve 3 bundles of hair (16in, 18in, 20in) for $200. After placing my order, I received an email confirming my purchase with my order & track number.instantly, I noticed something was off because my tracking number just took me to Google's homepage!
A month goes by, still no sign of my package. I proceeded to email them with my concerns. They responded saying they sent my package to the wrong person, which I found difficult to understand seeing that they had my correct address on file. They said they would ship out another package asap. I asked that they send me a new tracking ID# and they never repsonded. Called on numerous occasions, left voicemails but to no avail.
