When I joined them I was'nt aware that there was a 12$ monthly fee. I contacted them and they gave me a refund and canceled my membership. This was in January. Then in October I get another 12$ charge. I contacted them and they told me they were gonna give me a refund. Well now Its a month later and no refund. I go to contact them and it seems they don't exist any more. All their emails addresses and websites aren't there anymore. This is bs.
