On October 5 I was contacted by a company (Solow Solutions) that offered a mastercard if I gave them $299 for there one time fee. They promised the card would come and would get a packet with information. I got put through an alleged supervisor who rattled off a telephone number that I didn't get a chance to take down. I received a worthless packet and when I called to cancel I was told to send the packet back and my refund would be processed within a month. It never happened. I had already contacted my bank after reading that many other people have gotten ripped off by this company the same way I did! I was treated rudely by all the representatives who refused to give me a number or a way to contact "administration". It took me a few months, but I lost the telephone number of the company and so when I googled them, it took me directly to this site. I kept calling and finally on January 19, I contacted a manager who was very rude to me and said if you contacted your bank for a refund then there is no reason to ask administration to refund the money. Other consumers need to be aware of unscrupulous companies such as Solow Solutions.
