I joined a group last year and Modern Mom canceled the group for reasons they did not explain. Modern Mom sent me an e-mail in June last year letting me know the group had been canceled and that I would receive a refund. They never issued the refund. I contacted them over and over and several people gave me the runaround. I have everything documented. Nobody at the company will answer their phone in any department. They are keeping my money and have no intention of giving me a refund. I have received nothing - no services and/or no product. I believe that is illegal!!!
