$20.00 Rebate in your dreams

I purchased the Print Artist Platinum Edition software at Office Depot April.

There is a $20.00 Rebate on the box.

After filling out the form and sending the required upc lable and original receipt I waited for my rebate.

Two months later I called them to check on my rebate. They informed me that I did not send the upc lable.

I told them that yes I had and would send them a copy of the materials again.

After three weeks I called them again. They told me that the upc was not theirs.

I reported them to the BBB but they would not respond to them.
