Nomorerack.com
Not a legitimate business new york

On November 24, I placed an order on the Internet Web site www.nomorerack.com. On December 8, I received an email indicating my order had been shipped. An order number and tracking number were provided in the email. The tracking number provided is invalid.in addition, when I tried to check the status of my order online I am unable to track the shipment. On December 11, I tried to call customer service at 1-800-538-9798. The call was disconnected several times before I reached a representative. Since I couldn't reach customer service on the phone, I sent an email requesting status of my order.

I received an email on December 11 from Dan D. That read in part: "We apologize for the delay in your shipment. Typically our orders ship within 3-5 business days. However, due to the holiday shopping volume our suppliers are backlogged in getting orders out. They are in part backloged from the strike at long beach port which is a major entry port for our shipments. We are working around the clock with them to get your shipments out as soon as possible. If your order was placed before Dec 10th, we guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. If you do not receive your item by 12/21. Please reach back out to us and we will give you a full refund a credit for the inconvenience."

On December 21, I called customer service at 1-800-538-9798 to inquire about the status of my order. The representative would not confirm that my order had been shipped. She told me the supplier promised delivery by December 21st and if I did not receive the order I should call back the next day. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the representative told me there was no-one else I could speak to. After insisting on speaking to a supervisor, I was transferred to Alex Morgan. I again asked for confirmation that the order had been shipped and Alex would not confirm that the order had been shipped. He asked me to call back the next day. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, I was told there was no-one I could speak to.

When I asked for a mailing address to send a complaint letter to the company I was told there was no address. After insisting that a legitimate business must have a mailing address for its customers to send correspondence to them, I was provided with the following address: 1312 South Boyle Avenue # A, Los Angeles, CA 90023. When I googled this address it is listed as Low & Sweet. I made a payment of $22 online using PayPal. I did not receive any products from this company. Based on my interaction with the company's customer service, I am led to believe this is a fraudulent business.
