Voteforus.com Used trademark without authorization, misrepresented brand, overcharged customers, reached out to customers under the fale pretense of a relationship with legitimate company

This company constantly calls my restaurant telling me I have been listed on a Web site and that they offer some type of award to display this to customers. They call me claiming that they provide plaques on behalf of Citysearch, Zagat, and Yelp, but when I called these companies they tell me they have no relationship with In The Spotlight.

I checked out the website and this company provides replicas for more money than the real thing and the designs are totally different.
