Time Warner is a rip off. They take their customers that have been loyal, pay on time customers and increase their bill by a $40.00 increase. They give you some bullshit that you are no longer under the bundle special. So I guess after 2 years and four months, wha la, I am no longer going to be treated as a valuable customer that has already been paying too much for the service I get. When new customers call they give them the so called bullshit bundle price. Terrible customer service on the most part. Smart ass sounding little minded people on the other end of the line. I truly hate having to deal with this pathetic sad little co. Of course this is regarding none other than TIME WARNER
