On Tues. Feb. 18th I ordered 1 bottle of Viacyn from their website. I used it as directed and found no gains whatsoever. So, I sent the bottle back to them per their instructions for a refund and never received contact back from them or a refund. I then contacted them via instant messaging online support, on 2 seperate occassions, requesting my refund. I received no response until Saturday Dec. 6th 2003. They emailed me the following letter:
Hello,
We have forwarded your details to our concerned dept. And marked it as a "High Priority" case. As soon as we get a reply we will let you know.
Please let us know if there is anything more we can do for you.

As of today, Nov. 1st I have had no further response from them and I am tired of waiting for my refund.
Please help me obtain my refund and enlighten the potential customers of these issues.
