I have the same story as everyone else. I participated in this internet scam because I thought I was getting a free dinner certificate out of it... Which wasn't true either. After putting in my credit card for the $5.00 shipping for the free sample, I promptly cancelled my membership. Still I got charged $55 and got another shipment of the lotion.
I was able to talk to someone only after calling the business next door and having them walk the phone over (which according to that business is an every day occurence). They said they would refund my card, but that was two weeks ago and it hasn't happened yet. I did get a personal email for someone at the company it's [email protected]. I refuse to pay these charges. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau in CA. This company should be put out of business.
