Feminique, LiveWell Nutrition Inc. Aka Quick Bust, Quick Perfection ripoff! Horrible customer service! Ridiculous wait for refund (6-8) weeks!

I ordered a breast enhancing supplement from LiveWell Nutrition Inc. Aka. "Feminique". I saw absolutely NO results whatsoever but they had a great guarantee that said if for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied, you could return any unopened bottles and one opened bottle for a refund (minus a 15% processing fee). I called to talk to a customer service individual and I could hardly understand her (she has a heavy accent and everytime I have called I gotten the same person).

I asked her how I could receive a refund and she gave me instructions on where to send my return, but I was shocked to find out that I would have to wait 6-8 weeks to get my refund - in addition to having to pay the 15% processing fee for returned bottles (for my order that was $22.35)! Hey, I figured that if They get to keep 15% of my money even when I return the product, don't I at least deserve better service that that? Or perhaps they have so many people returning their garbage that it takes that long to process the refund. Who knows?

Anyway, I found that to be ridculous and asked the woman if that was the maximum waiting time and maybe I would get my refund sooner that that, but she said that the minimum would be 6 weeks and was very rude towards me.

Later I went online and discovered that she had given me the wrong address to make my return to! I was apalled at the thought that if I hadn't double checked the address that I would have sent my return to the wrong place and I wouldn't have gotten my money back. I called the cuctomer service back and got the same lady (who was again very rude) and she verified that the address online was the correct one and said she had never given me any other address.

It has since been 6 weeks since I sent back the products and I've gotten no refund yet. I don't know what I'll do after the 8 weeks are up if I still haven't received it. I mean what can I threaten them with? They don't care about their customers.

Since ordering the product I also found out a lot of bad stuff about the company online, including that the product is really just "Quick Bust aka. Quick Perfection" under a different name (if you visit the quick bust website you will find the exact same testimonials as the ones on the feminique website) and that they have a fake doctor endorsing their product. There is apparently no Dr. Caldwell. The photograph of the Doctor they have on their web site is one from an image bank company.

A company where you can purchase photos of doctors or anything else you might need a photo of. Another "strange" thing to think about here; on their list of ingredients, they list Sabal and Saw Palmetto as being two different herbs, when in fact, they are one and the same. Do they really know what they are talking about?
