I had eye surgery at their facility on 4/28 & 5/11 with several follow up visits after the surgery. Due to my insurance deductible and items they thought would not be covered they asked that I pay up front. After months of dealing with billing issues everything was finally billed to my insurance. After what I paid up front & what my insurance paid they owe me money back & will not issue a complete refund. I have only received a partial refund.
