I ordered a hot tub from Direct to Home Appliances, LLC on Sept 15. They claimed 8 to 10 weeks for deilivery. I heard nothing from them in that time.
When I tried to contact them, they would not reply. I finanally got the same person who I talk to at the time of the sale. Soon after I got an email from another person explaining why my hot tub had been delayed.
Since then I have tried with little sucsess to contact them. They ignore me. I have spent over $4000 and have nothing but frustration to show for it.
Phony delay tactics and ignoring customer complaints and stealing their money is the real business of this company.
