I purchased the Irwin LIbary Upgraded 2012 Version on Sept 25 and received the download activation email that same day. I went to the download site and was able to download all the pdf files associated with the purchase. However, the mp3 files would not download.instead, the click on the link downloaded the file: index.htm. Also, tried right click, save as with same result. I sent an email immediately to [email protected] - I never ever received even an acknowledgement of receipt from the "support". I can tell you - support does not exist - they either ignore you or do not even exist. Over the next 3 weeks, I sent repeated emails concerning the inability to download these mp3s (part of the original purchase) and NOT once did I receive even an acknowledgement. I sent the support requests to: Irwin LIbary Upgraded 2012 Version [email protected]; [email protected] ; and [email protected]. NOTHING BACK EVER!
There is actually NO SUPPORT for this product - so purchase any of their products with full knowledge that there is no guarentee you willl actually get what you purchased. If you have a problem, you are simply out of luck.
