Lifetime fitness in garland
Did not assist me in using a day pass or a membership

Very saddened on Lifetimes way of conducting customer service. I work 60 hours a week and wanted to get a membership but nobody there at 10pm. Asked for a pass at the front desk and willing to fill out anything and leave my id with the front desk but turned down. I also was willing to pay to enter but was again turned down.: (i will be signing up elsewhere with better customer service
