CVS Caremark
CVS Caremark mail order prescription services

Identical problem for me. CVS Caremark bugged, bugged and bugged me to change my 90 day prescriptions from my local CVS Pharmcy to the mail ordering. I did so because my local CVS pharmacy has a "do not care" attitude, and the very first month of mail services, I received 30 day prescriptions that were 102.00 which is also the cost of my 90 day prescriptions. I was my my doctor was to blame. I called my doctor, she said she ordered 90 day as always. I tried to get CVS to resend the prescription orders for my doctor to check. It took them 3 days to do so.

It has been a disaster trying to get CVS to fill my prescriptions this whole year. Now I have no idea if I am going to receive my meds or not. I am not allowed to go to any other pharmacy. I am stuck. My meds are antirejection bills for a kidney transplant i had last year. I think CVS is doing their best to have me die because I have this need for expensive meds. Their representatives are rude, even telling me I have a doctor who is inept. No calls are returned, they try to transfer me and hang up on me, so i end up spending hours on the phone. When I have already spent 1 hour with one representative and then they transfer my call, but lose it, I have to spend another hour after I call back, repeating the whole conversation. I have never received the same story twice. I am still waiting for them to correct a problem from March that cost me $600 towards my deductible.

I might as well just quit taking the antirejection drugs because I am sure they are hoping I die soon. One representative told me on Thursday that if I have such a serious medical problem, I should get another doctor who could handle my problems. I was left totally perplexed, wondering what my doctor has to do with CVS' inability to read a prescription. My doctor sent them another set, asking for all my prescriptions to be 90 days. That still won't solve my problem of CVS messing up my prescription every month since March of this year. It is documented that I have had to call them EVERY MONTH, several times, to get my meds as ordered by my doctor. I am at wit's end on how I can live any more when CVS is making me the brunt of their people's incomtency.
