I have spoken to several people in regards to the bills we have received, I know the laws of acceptance and have informed them of our intents but every week they call, no one notes anything, no one knows anything and it's very frustrating to know that this is how far this hospital has fallen when 30 years ago before electronic billing and submissions&PRACTICES WERE IN TACK A LOT BETTER THAN THEY ARE TODAYLEAVE PEOPLE ALONE WHEN WE'VE ALREADY MADE ARRANGEMENTS AND DISCUSSED THINGS WITH YOU NUMEROUS TIMES - YOU SHOULD ALL BE EMBARRASSED
