The nutritional counseling of Bellwood came out amazing! I used to eat more followed by taking laxatives because I feared of weight gain. Later I tried to control the habit. Though I had gone through many programs, it was of no use. The sessions at Bellwood were very effective. Also they helped me plan my daily routines from which I could maintain a stable health.
