On January 15 I noticed a charge on my bank statement from Leanrx.net for $69.95. I have never heard of this company before. On the statement, there were two toll free numbers on it to call.
I called 800-304-8447 it was dead air and 866-882-3057 and this was the message I got. You have reached an automatic system for leanrx.net, please enter the credit card number that was used for this purchase, if you would like to speak with someone, please visit us @ www.leanrx.net for customer service. You will never speak to anyone you can only sent an email to customer service.
I entered the card number and the voice said no information could be found with the number entered. So I called the company that provides thet toll free number (Voxeo Corporation @ 407-835-0065) I spoke with Matthew Henry (Director) who took my name and number for someone to contact me from Voice Point. No one has contacted me yet.
Later that day, I called 866-882-3057 again and entered the card number. The message then said, a request for a refund has been submitted your account has been credited. Of course No one has called me nor my account credited back. I have contacted my bank to report this fraudulent activity.
