These people give you a line for you to call when you need to talk to someone. This is a load of crap. They close their EMERGENCY LINE before 6 freaking o clock! Are they too stupid to figure out emergencies occur at ANY time of day?! It's like if 9-1-1 closed their lines after 5:00 P.M., people get into emergencies and the old "whoops! I don't work in this department" mentality. They practically DODGE clients and do NOT help them whatsoever "after hours" I understand that people need to go home after their part of the day, but what is the point of having some whoop-de-do emergency line when you don't use it when people have emergencies? You're Johnson County for God's sake! You're the only rich county in all of Kansas and you act like you can't hire a couple people to work the line! Jesus! If your CEOs weren't so fricking greedy then you could go put a "help wanted" sign up in the window and fill all positions in 5 minutes!
