I ordered a $10.00 trial box of pills, and was told to cancel within 30 days. I called the 800 number to do this and was told to go to askberkeley.com and fill out the online cancellation report. I did that and got no confirmation. So I did it again. Still no cancellation.
Today I was charged $79.99 MORE THAN WHAT THE CHARGE SHOULD OF BEEN HAD I KEPT THE PILLS, and when I called to cancel and get a refund they told me to go to AskBerkeley.com AGAIN. Then I called them, and they told me to call EightSquared. I called them and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, they told me the pkg was shipped, and when I receive it I should write on the pkg, return to sender, and they will refund my $80.00. They already have a bad reputation. Check the BBB report on them.
