I ordered a sample of Suvaril after viewing an infomercial sponsored by Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals. I was informed that after thirty days, I would receive another supply of Suvaril and that I could cancel at any time. The CSR said that I could call 866-834-1715 after 48 hrs. To cancel any future supplies.
I received Suvaril on 8/20/04 and began taking them on 8/21/04. On the third day, I didn't have the cravings I did previously, but, I didn't have any energy either. On the fifth day, I began to vomit and couldn't keep anything down, not even water. I stopped taking the Suvaril on the 8/26/04, I was very sick. I was weak from diarrea, nausea/vomiting. I was dizzy and suffering with hot and cold sweats. On 8/29/04, I was just about back to normal. All symptoms had ceased and I had a small apetite and fatigue.
On 8/30/04, I called the number the CSR had given me to cancel any further supplies. I got an automated message instructing me to hold or go to www.askberkeley.com to cancel. I held for about 30 min., every 3 min. I heard "we are experiencing a very high call volume, please hold". I hung up and went to the web site and to my surprise, Berkeley Nutraceuticals is on the usacomplaints.com's web site.
I immediately told my husband to call the bank and inform of this. I prayed that they had not already cleaned out our account.
I called the number I had originally called to order Suvaril and got an automated recording instructing me to press 1 to order and 2 to cancel. I pressed 2 and got the same hold message. I called back and pressed 1 and a CSR answered. I told her that I was calling to cancel and told her about my experience. She told me that they had a very bad eletrical storm that messed up their phones and that she would be glad to take my info and cancel any future supplies. This company is a scam and their products are no good. It was good that I wrote the number down from the infomercial instead of just dialing straight from the screen. I would've had no way of getting in touch with the company unless I happen to see the infomercial again. When you call Cincinnati's business info., they have no listing for the company.
