I have had a very unpleasant experience with buying sunglasses from this site

I've had an extremely uncomfortable encounter with purchasing shades out of this website. I've plenty of encounter with internet-shopping, but this really is anything I've never experienced! I ran across this website that appeared excellent and offered shades for 40% significantly less than the stores. I requested a set of Guess glasses at the start of July. It has a South African site address and also you are generated genuinely believe that you're purchasing shades from South Africa plus they state shipping is likely to be within "5 to 11 business days" (so just how might they originate from offshore?). Well, 3 months after purchasing and spending money on my shades I obtained a telephone call from the courier business in Jo'burg requesting me for my current email address so they might deliver me the bill for that practices fees I've to cover these shades (around R170)! Today, I understand that after one orders from offshore, customs fees and tax is generally billed, ALTHOUGH NOT when you're purchasing from the South African site wherever there's NO note on the webpage you will be charged traditions. That is illegal. I wrote for them (there's no telephone number on the webpage) stating that I'd not be spending any customs, and following a few emails they responded accepting to pay for it, but stated it'd have a while because they needed to contact their "distribution center" and it'd be significantly faster easily settled the customs and sent them the bill to get a reimbursement about the customs. I had been not likely to shell out anymore cash therefore informed them-they would need to spend it and provide the spectacles in my experience. 10 days later but still no indication of the spectacles, and also the following site data hadn't transformed - it nevertheless stated "attempted shipping - consignee not athome" (it was since I declined to pay for the traditions). I subsequently requested for an instantaneous reimbursement for that shades, but am still waiting. They stated that they've to get hold of the distribution center again to remember the spectacles after which return me. They do not need to contact the distribution center to cost clients due to their acquisitions, why do they have to contact them to get a reimbursement? The responses I obtain from their store are generally not from Southafrica! Even when it's not really a fraud (that weam just starting to believe it is after reading a lot of additional poor reviews), their support is horrible which is completely inappropriate that I'venot yet been returned.
