I requested the "free" sample of product with the understanding that if I did not like it or wanted to stop at any time, I could. I received the first shipment and took the supplements. I felt no change, so I contacted Berkeley to cancel. July 2nd I went online (when I called there was a recording telling me to go online) and completed the page to discontinue the shipments. I then received a confirmation. July 12th my bank was charged and July 14th I received the scheduled shipment. I now am stuck with a product I have no use for and am out $120.00.
