Apria Healthcare provided me with oxygen therapy equipment. After a few months of use, I contacted them about pickup. They claimed the never received an order from the doctor.
When I confirmed an order, they continued to claim they hadn't received that information. I finally found someone who would admit to receiving the order and was given an appointment date, but not a time. No one called or arrived to pick up the equipment.
My husband called back and was told we had the date wrong. That last date was Friday, March 9th. No one called or arrived.
We've continued to be billed by Apria Healthcare.
