I was in south dakota in august, when i had a medical problem and spent 5 days in the hospital, upon my release i need oxygen to travel home with, the hospital called apria healthcare, and the representative meet us in the parking lot with the equipment. I had to sign for the equipment which is understandable, but he wanted my credit card number to secure the equipment. He said NOTHING would be charged to my card. When i got back to columbus i called apria and again signed for the equipment, and they said nothing would be charged to my card.
Well not only did the south dakota branch charge me but so did the columbus branch. When i called there today, i was lied to again!!! Is all they know how to do is LIE! I will be discussing this with my attorney for the possibillity of consumer fraud! And anything else he can think of.
Don"t use this company unless you want lies and get ripped off!
