I sent 2 hearing aids to Buyer's Haven for repair in early June. As of July 5, they have not been returned. I have sent 6 emails, 1 letter and have made 3 phone calls to company and have had no response.
I am aware of at least one other person who has had a similar experience with this company and after 2 months has not received hearing aid back nor heard from the company.
The St. Paul Better Business Bureau rates this company "Unsatisfactory" due to non-responsiveness. I don't think I am ever going to see these $3,600 hearing aids again.
