In March I ordered hearing aids from Naturear for $703.40 and a supply of soft wraps for $89.50. Within the first 2 weeks of use, sounds began to go in and out or up and down and I returned them for repair. Still within warranty, there was no charge. This process of back and forth continued to date, since the warranty expired in September, we now have to pay for repair. This is a ripoff. We want a full refund because, these hearing aids malfunction too easily. Naturear's records indicate these returns, at least 3 times and repair of same problem, a loose wire according to their service department. We lost count. Having recently received the aids from the last repair, a few weeks ago, the same problem is starting all over again.
