At The Beach ripoff loaned money with permission lied

I wanted to start tanning for summer so I went to a local taning franchise. Its called At The Beach. I wanted the 24.95 a month tanning package but their District Manager sold me into the highest package. I have always had a problem with my legs getting dark so I asked if with the "high-pressure" (that's what comes with the highest package) beds the would tan better. She said yes and explained why. The monthly payment would be automatically taken out of my account each month since I had a two year agreement.

1st problem:
After a month of tanning I saw no result whatsoever on my legs. So I asked what to do. The lady at the desk gave me a bottle of lotion and said that would help it because it has bronzers in it. Two weeks later they charged me about fifty dollars for the lotion I was "given".

2cnd problem:
I wanted my package transfered over to the "mystic tan" package and they told me that was impossible to give me mystic tans for my package! That I would have to pay off my agreement and then get a new one. And even while I was paying it off early they would still draft out of my account!

3rd problem:
In the same time period as the 2cnd problem I was trying to get a mortgage to buy a house. Of course my credit was checked. My mortgage broker asked me why I hadn't told her I had a credit card. I told her I didn't. She then pointed at my Credit Report and asked, "Then what's that?" I looked and it said I had a loan and the term was 24 months. The name of it was AFFILIATED ACCEPTANCE COMPANY. They are the people who draft the money from my account. I called them and one of the "customer service representatives (if they actually ever provide customer service) told me yes I had a loan. When I said "That's ridiculous, I never signed any loan documentation!", she then raised her voice at me and said, "Ma'am, what's the purpose of your call, I told you, you have a loan, what else do you want?!?" I of course asked for a supervisor and she told me it wasn't a loan and said that because its a service a agreement it shows up. I have a service agreement with my cell-phone company and it does not show up at all. She did later on tell me it was a loan. I called once again and it was verified, this is a loan. So the inhibited me from buying a house.

I have spoken to lawyer about it and I am sure this won't look good for At The Beach or Affiliated Acceptance Company.

This also could all be solved if they took this loan off.
