Regarding customer service at Affiliated Acceptance has to be one of my worst experiences ever. Customer service called me stating they did not have my contract or new where it was. Customer service also stated that your contract stipulates that the written and oral portion of the contract deals with a payment plan. Customer service also said that written notification in 72 hours is required which is nowhere stipulated on the contract. Customer service did not look at the contract and see that the At The Beach Tanning store did not fill out all fields of the contract the biggest one stating when the total amount was due. The last and worst regarding customer service is that I have never had someone tell me Whatever on the phone in a high school manner then hang up on me.
The biggest reason for cancellation is the membership was given to my husband on his 30 birthday as a gift for a one month membership, he saw the contract and found out that the store clerk had put me down for a year even though I said I just wanted a month for him to try out.
I must thank At The Beach Tanning Superstore for making it one of the most stressful gifts ever given. I as a customer of Affiliated Acceptance Corp should not be held responsible for your toner being out on your fax machine or a several trips back and forth to the store and being hung up at your corporate location to cancel a simple membership.
