Uncooperative customer service, Don't listen, Fail to deliver product

I placed an order for 3 cases of head rest paper rolls on 11.21.2011. I was told the total would be under 100.00.

I forgot about the order until I received my cc bill at the end of December. The total was for $162.66. Not recognizing the amount, I called them to verify it. I then remembered the order and realized that it had not been delivered. I told the representative, Dexter, to cancel the order because the amount did not agree with the original amount and refund my credit card. He replied that "he would take care of it." That conversation took place 3 weeks ago, today's date is 01.12.2012.

I arrived at the office this morning to find the 3 cases of paper. This is after I told them to cancel and refund the money. 6 weeks after the initial order.

They don't listen or care about your wishes once the order is placed. That was the last order from this company.
