I belonged to golds gym in pinellas park for about a year I enjoyed it My son was going to join he filled out paperwork was supose to go in and sign & give checking account next day but he moved out of state didn't become member. So Gold gym signed his name & put my checking account down & was taking double payments for a almost a year. I went to see golds gym they were upset paid me my money. I said I hope you don't take it again they said if they do they will give it back but the cancelled auto debit from my account. Well it came out again I went back to get my money they told me they already paid me witch they didn't. So I handed them a letter telling them I'm ending my membership 5 Changed my checking account because I was getting devorced but the also could nt get any more money. My account was paid upfront each month by auto debit the put me in collection for 302.00 if they are taking money up front each month how could I owe them 302.00. I'm thinking I should turn my paper work over to state attorney for taking my money by fraud
