The Sinai Wellbridge Health and Fitness Center in Baltimore has irritated numerous members of the community for years. Its pennywise-poundfoolish policies of charging exceptional fees and engendering discontent by then forcing members to buy guest passes is ludicrous. We have personally spent more than $25,000 in membership fees, personal training sessions and gym classes (for which in classic form, the gym charges extra) and yet once every three months we have a family member come into town who wants to use the gym and they insist on extracting every last penny by charging a guest pass fee. The management team at the company is unfriendly to the point of being rude, and I am happy to join the community of discontented customers by sharing these important sentiments. I will continue to share news of their poor behavior in a variety of public outlets.
