I have been on an RX for the last few years that has had a $4.00 co-pay.
This week I discovered that I now have to pay a higher price. When I questioned this, I got the "deer in the head-lights" look from the tech. Then I was told that my RX was no longer covered by Humana.
When I still questioned the amount, I was told that I am now expected to pay more for manufacturing costs. (I had been told recently by another customer that Target has changed manufacturers).
I stated that if Target chose to go to another manufacturer that cost more why am I expected to pay for that? I have filed a complaint with Humana and will be contacting Medicare.
Also, the Target I go to in Orange City Fl is not HIPPA compliant - they do not have the required line for customers to stand behind to wait their turn for service. Customers are hearing addresses and telephone numbers and, in some instances, the name of the drug being purchased.
I will be taking my RX's to CVS or Walgreens from now on.
Why should I keep paying higher prices EVERY week at Target (I have been doing a weekly review of pricing) just because they decided to add a grocery section - (which is not that great). HI HO, HI HO, it's off to Wally-World I go!
Target, get with the economy and struggling "guests" and also stop breaking the law with your lack of HIPPA compliance.
