24 Hour Fitness Center refuses to honor ORAL contracts made with previous Family Fitness Center members. Kathy Alt a sales representative of Family Fitness Center acted with Express Authority and bound Family Fitness Center to honor terms of an agreement with new members. 24 Hour Fitness Center 14 years later refuses to honor those terms.
Those terms would allow members to add their children onto Family Fitness Membership at a particular rate depending on the rate of the parents.in the case of my aunt and uncle this rate would have been $5.00 per month. After all the focus of Family Fitness Center was for the entire family to stay fit.
I've conducted some research and found other suits that have been successfully settled or litigated against the company in the recent past. I'm also going to contact those attorneys.
