I received a call, I thought it was for a credit card I had applied for online, they promised a MasterCard with health benefits package for the one time activation fee of $299.00.
Then I logged on to BBB on accident and found many reports on this company for fraud. I called the company the day before to find out what was taking so long and the Guy told me that my CREDIT CARD would be arriving near the end of this month. After my findings online I called the company again to find out if the other complaints were true, turns out they were.
Th woman on the line not only said that there was no record of my calling the day Prior but also that I would not recieve my Credit Card as Promised. She said I ordered a package that contained and application for a credit card, which also would have another charge if I choose to accept. These types of Flyers are available without charge everywhere. Also in this Package were basically coupons for perscriptions and medical bills. My family already has full medical coverage and all persriptions paid in full, I have nor would I ever need Medical coverage, It was supposed to be on the side of the card, and being that I needed to build up my credit I figured "no big deal" for having the health coverage on the side, Well with out my 2500.00 Mastercard in my package, it is a big deal.
Also she said she would not even if she could refund my money because of a recording full of alot of background noise apparently with my agreeing for this HEALTH PACKAGE AND INSURANCE, with no mention of the credit card. Well the reason being they needed a signature on paper for fraud prevention on the credit card, well I didnt Sign on Paper for the package so somehow I am still at a loss for why I cant recieve a refund. However this website provides many ways to get your refund especially if you act within 60 days. We'll see if it helps me!
