I responded to a tv offer of free trial just for the shipping and handling fee... I was not told that this free product trial would be a product that would not be refundable. I don't think that offers made anywhere should be allowed unless the total program is explained to the customer. I now have a $70. Credit card charge that i will dispute... I will be cancelling this credit card to be sure that they cannot add any more charges to it. It is a shame that consumers have to be so careful and be put to so much trouble to protect themselves... I have learned a valuable, expensive lesson.
