When I first called to inquire about their services to help with the high cost of prescription medicines, I found out that they required a lower income bracket for me to qualify, in order to make the transaction work the representative I spoke to started to play with the numbers to get me into a lower bracket even tho I told him up front how much I made a year, he continured to promise me that I would have no issues with the plan and would clearly be approved for the plan, then he started to tell me how much it will cost me to use their service and that I needd to speak to another representative to activate this plan, I clearly told him no I wasn't interested in joining a plan that nees to falsify my numbers to get it to work for me and that I DID NOT want this plan and I didn't want to talk to anyone else regarding the plan, which I did not and we hung up.'
Imagine my surprise to learn that I am being charged for services I did not want and they do not provide contact information to cancel this and the sales representative said something about returning a packet once it arrived to get a full refund and I have yet to see this packet, but yet they are charging me each month for this service which I could not qualify to use nor agreed to use.
Warning!!! This company is a fraud and will take your money without refunds!!! Do not join!!!
I was interested in them because the dr office referred them to me thru his drug representative, the company is NOT related to the drug company it is a third party who is taking advantage of you for their monetary gain! Beware!!!
