When you get passed 40 your teeth get more sensitive to hard meals, wine, and orange fruits, this is something I noticed just recently. Can’t tell though, if these three are responsible for 2 of my grinding teeth losing strength and breaking up. And you can’t enjoy your meals with wholes in your teeth, which was a source for big pain for me.
