I have ordered a tube of Curaderm BEC5 from www.bionational.com which on their website has a US phone number BUT apparently my order came through UK.
The sales guy (Christopher) whom sold me the tube says my order will arrive within 7 days which is not TRUE cos it arrived 17 days after which the product was completely DEFECTIVE.
After numerous call attempts, Christopher would not answer my call nor emails. So I decided to file this report that this company BIONATIONAL PHARMACEUTICALS is indeed a SCAM!!!
They pretended to be an American company based in US which they are in United Kingdom and are selling defective products. Please be aware and not to be a victim of this scam!!! I have NOT gotten back any refunds nor replacement, so STAY AWAY!!!
I finally managed to order new tube of Curaderm BEC5 online at Amazon.com which then arrives overnight and was in excellent condition!!!
