I ordered Curaderm in Oct at which time my credit card was charged $126. This charge included $15 for a signed receipt upon delivery. After over 10 emails to them requesting delivery and being assured that they would mail the product from their "new" warehouse in England, I have filed a dispute with VISA. Curaderm could not provide proof of receipt with my signature because I never received the product nor signed for it. Since then, I Googled "Curaderm scam" only to find the product is reported as ineffective. I never received the product so my complaint is that the company charges your credit card and doesn't ship anything. My VISA credit card dispute is in process; hopefully, after the investigation, VISA will put Curaderm on their fraud list.
