The company online www.OneInc.com shipped us an inflatable tube that had a huge hole in it. A few weeks later, and not even used, we called and asked for our money back or a replacement.
They gave us a return authorization number and told us they would take the DEFECTIVE product back. We put it in original packaging and paid to ship it back. After they received the product, they would not give us our money back or a replacement tube. They felt that an inflatable product with a HUGE HOLE IN IT WASN'T DEFECTIVE.
They told us that if we wanted the DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, we could have it back... Only if we pay to ship it back to ourselves. They wouldn't give us a replacement and they were very rude customer service representative. We are out of $130.00 Dollars for a product that we were never able to use!!!
DON'T USE THEM AS A SUPPLIER AND ESPECIALLY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Their manager GABE was so rude to my husband and I. They wouldn't offer us any solution to giving us A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
I am just warning people so they do not use them as a drop ship supplier... Because they are a fraudulant company... Who take customers money and the product!!!
