I ordered a trail product of Premium white for $2.95 plus S&H. I received the trial tube in November. My credit card was charged $86.93 on 12/21. I noticed the charge on 12.28 after receiving a second tube. Product arrives in a brown envelope with no paperwork.
I called the company and spoke with Kelly, and was told to send the second tube back within 30 days, my account would be refunded in 5-10 days, and they would cancel future shipments. She sent me an email with the instructions. I sent the tube back and verified that it was received on 1/21.
No more shipments arrived, but my account has still not been refunded. I called the company on 2/22 and spoke to Whitney. She stated I sent the tube back too late, that it was shipped on 12/18 and I should have sent it back earlier. I informed her I was told to send it back within 30 days of the phone call from Kelly, that they had cancelled by account and stopped monthly shipments, but kept my money. She would not put me through to a supervisor (she said they would not take my call) and refused to tell me if they were a member of BBB or any business agency.
This place is a total scam and rip off. Beware. If anyone knows of an agency I can file a report with, please let me know.
