At the beginning of October, I ordered some products on line from the Dental Zone. The transaction was smooth, and it all seemed legitimate... I was supposed to receive my products by priority mail. A week later, I e-mailed and asked to please check on my order. No response. I called about a week after that, and I was CONVENIENTLY disconnected. I immediately called back and got the answering machine. I left a message that I would be waiting for a call, and expected they get back to me immediately. The did not. I e-mailed them AGAIN, no response. I e-mailed them once again, titling my message "Better Business Bureau" how funny they responded. The apologized for the bad experience, and assured me that my credit card would be credited within 3-5 days. That did not happen. I e-mailed again (they never seem to answer their phone) to say I had NOT received my credit... They responded they needed me to e-mail my credit card number because they delete it after a period of time. I would NOT send my credit card # over e-mail because it's a non-secure transaction. Do you think I've heard back from them? Nope. I am so incredibly ANGRY with them, and I will also be filing my report with BBB. Thanks for listening, and to the Dental Zone, you SUCK and I hope you fail more miserably than miserable!
