Their website has great deal of computer, so I tried to order their items.
When I filled out all of my information, and credit card to check out, suddenly website say 'it's error, and no data accepted'
Only thing I can do is refresh and click the back button, and unfortunately I did.
They create multiple pending orders, which are not allowed adjust or even cancel.
So, I tried contact them via E-mail on their contact us page. And amazingly their contacting page is not working and keep saying error.
So I tried call their store, according to the number on their contact us page, and I called more than 10 times, but there is no answer. Which is their phone number is 646-358-3480, ext 166. Even I send several e-mail to [email protected]. But still there is no response or anything.
During the 5 hours, I tried to contact them, but there is no way to contact them. There is no physical address, not even email address and phone number.
In that situation, I am worry about possible identity theft or fraud transaction, so I have to cancel my credit card account right away.
The electro zone is some kinda of tricky business. Their site is Fraud site, Someone must do something with this site. I am plan to report this site to IC3.
