I ordered a textbook on August 18 and even paid an additional $12 to upgrade to Priority Mail shipping. I immediately got an e-mail confirming my order that also said I would receive another e-mail shortly with "transaction details."
It's now September 1st and I have yet to receive the book or get that second e-mail, although my credit card was immediately charged the same day. I e-mailed them twice (using the website's contact form), but have never heard back from them.
This website is an out-and-out scam and criminal rip-off! I want to warn all others never to buy from Phatcampus!
