I placed my order to cool zone on Oct 21st. As og Jan 10th I have not recieved my order. Looking at thier web page you would think they were a top notch company. Lots of info and other stuff. I like many others here tried to call them but would only get a recording that all help desk people were busy and to leave a message. Well when you go to leave a message it sez mail box full and can't take anymore. Its benn saying that for 2 and a half months now. If you call today it will tell you the same thing. Emails? What a joke. I found about 5 email addys on thier web site and all but one came back to me saying cannot be delivered. The one that didn't come back I sent 8 times over the 2 months and never heard back. Good thing I paid by credit card! I filed a claim and today I recieve my money back not from cool zone but the card company. I can only hope that the credit card company will see that cool zone is a rip off company and cut ties. Also Please do not buy from autoacsystem / cool zone. This is not a real company only a fake web page to rip you off with no intenion to sent any parts! Don't believe me?
