To whom it may concern...
I ordered a bottle of Zymax for my husband and also one for myself. First off... I told the girl who took my order, that I had Hashimotos Thyroiditis and asked her if it would hurt for me to take it. She assured me that because the product was "all natural" that it would not hurt me. When I got the product in the mail, my husband and I both started taking it immediately.
We've been on it for 3 weeks now... And no results. I decided to take a look at the ingredients and the tiny, tiny print was almost impossibe to read. Finally I made out the part that read "Warning, do not take this product if you thyroid disease" I was shocked... To say the least. I couldn't believe a company was so desperate to sell a product that they would chance someones health... Especially since I specifically asked your customer service girl. I only hope for your sake, that I do not have side effects in the future from using this product.
Of course, I decided to send the product back... But when I saw all of the negative feedback online about your company, I realized that shipping the product back to the company would only add to my expense.
According to some of your dissatisfied clients, they have sent your product back, after also not getting any results, and your company did not credit their card or send their money back... So I guess I might as well just chalk this one up to experience.in the future, I will make sure that I do not purchase products through the mail and especially through "fly by night" companies like yours.
I just wanted to let you know that Zymax has left yet, one more, dissatisfied customer and again I say, for your sake, I hope I do not have side effects in the future from using this product, your product!
