I ordered a product from them many weeks ago and never received it. I was billed $45.45 on my Visa card

I ordered a skin product from herbal-zen.com many weeks ago. My Visa card was billed $45.45 in December. I never received the product. I have e-mailed them three times and tried calling but there is no answer. I want a refund.
